Had the pleasure today of attending the Music City Championship. Followed most of 18 with Ed Fiori, Larry Nelson and Dr. Gil Morgan. Was a beautiful day and was most enjoyable.

In the event anyone is interested, Dr. Gil (the defending champion) was off his game from the first hole on. Short irons and putts left very short early on.

Played poorly throughout the round and blamed caddy for most if not all of his mistakes. Was really suprised to see this from what I had thought was a class guy.

What I am getting to is that if you find a matchup against Dr. Gil it is worth taking a look at.

VVV

p.s. I would not play against Ed Fiori or Larry Nelson at any price.

p.p.s. If you go to a senior golf tournament do not ask Hale Irwin to autograph a golfball. He does not autograph balls!!

I told my wife that if I could make that kind of money playing golf I would autograph BEANTOWNJIM'S balls.
